Our drones reach what trucks and boats can’t

Drone application for rangeland and water

Shoreline Drone Services flies precision spray drones for land and water. We treat brush, weeds, and pests across rangeland and pasture, and aquatic vegetation on ponds and lakes, covering ground trucks and ATVs can’t work efficiently.

Licensed and insured, with crews local to your area across Texas, traveling into Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Quotes follow your acreage or the scope of the work.

Shoreline Drone Services is part of the Shoreline family, backed by the 20-year authority of our sister company, Lochow Ranch Pond & Lake Management.

Why people choose us

Sometimes there is no way in on the ground. Trucks and ATVs rut wet ground and can’t safely traverse broken, steep, or rocky terrain. Physical barriers like fences and bulkheads, or a lack of boat ramps and shoreline access, can mean a crane is the only way to get a boat onto the water, like here. Aircraft have their own limits: tight tree lines, narrow shorelines, power lines and other obstacles, and small or irregular tracts a fixed-wing or helicopter pass is not practical over. A drone flies over all of it and treats the water directly, placing the same labeled products exactly where they’re needed. What it costs follows the acreage or the scope of the job, and the assessment settles that.

Land & Agriculture

Spot-treat brush and pests from the air

Mesquite, huisache, prickly pear, fire ants, and brush across broken, steep, or wet terrain, treated exactly where they stand and quoted to the acreage or scope in front of us.

Ponds & Lakes

Reach the shoreline and back-water a boat can’t get to

We apply aquatic-approved products at label rate along the shoreline and into hard-to-reach littoral zones: water hyacinth, giant salvinia, cattails, and Phragmites.

Precision flight paths

  • Planned flight lines

The block is mapped before we fly, and the aircraft holds those lines instead of following a driver's read of the terrain.

  • GPS-guided passes

Position and swath width come off the flight plan, so a pass picks up where the last one left off.

  • Pass by pass

The block is worked systematically, in order, which is what makes a repeat treatment match the one before it.
